Had a great experience here! Ive worn glasses my whole life but this was my first time buying prism glasses, and I needed some extra assistance with it. The manager and another staff member were both so helpful! There was a younger lady that helped me with my insurance, and the manager helped me make sure I got everything I wanted in each pair of glasses I got. Whether you’ve worn glasses your whole life, or are ordering your first pair, I definitely recommend shopping at this location.

I had a horrible experience at a competitor - after waiting 3 months for glasses I rejected the glasses and drove done the street to Vision Works. I was greeted by Steven who was wonderful, very helpful really amazing. I said I was just looking because I would have to wait for the insurance to be available after processing my refund. He explained several options and called my insurance customer service to explain my situation. I left after purchasing 2 pairs cheaper than 1 pair from the competitor. I was amazed and very happy. They care, they are the best service and great prices

Steven & Matti was great throughout the entire process of getting new glasses for me and my wife. I guess something happened that caused a delay with my wife’s glasses, but he handled the whole problem. I recommend this Vision Works to anyone; I've been using them for years and will continue to.

I was greeted and checked in right away by a nice young man named Steven. The technician who did my pre-testing was a pleasant young lady. My doctor was very knowledgeable, and thorough with my exams and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my condition going forward. Overall a positive experience.

I was very happy with my trip to Visionworks. The individual who helped me was so nice and did great helping me find the glasses I was looking for! It was almost like having a personal shopper!
