Our sales associate was Ghorala, she is amazing!! We have had in the past and she is the only one who understands our insurance. She is very helpful assisting in picking out glasses as well. I highly recommend her! Very friendly, helpful, takes her time, and extremely patient.

Dr. Chandler is top notch. She was able to direct me to the right ophthalmologist for my problem, and afterwards she went above and beyond to get me the right script for my glasses. Four visits in four weeks until my eyes finally settled down. She was interested, determined, knowledgeable, very helpful. I hope to find somebody of her caliber here in Tennessee, fingers crossed.

Vision works is a great place to get your glasses. The representative there that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful with me and my children. He took the time and care to make sure our glasses fit perfectly and we got the most out of our insurance with little out of pocket expenses.

The staff was very polite and professional from beginning to end. The process in place is very organized. The doctor was above and beyond what I expected. The doctor did not rush the exam and answered all my questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend if you have vision problems, or need glasses to go to this location only.

I have gone to this visionworks about 4 or 5 times now and have always had a good experience. This time, I was helped by Gabe who was incredibly kind and personable. He made everything easy to understand. I look forward to trying on my brand new glasses soon.
