I just want to say that Scott is amazing. He cares about his customers and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to my co-workers. Everyone that I have spoken to there have been very nice and professional.

I had an appointment on Monday at 11am but arrived earlier. the receptionist at the front desk with tattoos all over her arms was so rude, she said I would have to wait if all her earlier appointments showed up. Which I understand obviously but the fact that She was so condescending in her tone and never even bothered to say good morning as I had approached the desk. I ended up walking out of that place. I would never recommend that location to anyone. They obviously don’t what customer service is and if it is not for customers you wouldn’t have a job!!
Scott was amazing. He really helped me look for glasses and gave great opinions on shape and size. He's super delightful. I live on the other side of town and I will travel every time just to be able to get his assistance. He is an asset and is truly patient and amazing. A rare jewel!!!!
