I can’t even begin to express how disappointed I am in this office. My original appointment was March 6. I’m still waiting for my glasses. I had to show up at the end of April in their office because nobody wanted to return any of my phone calls. I was dispensed glasses in my distance prescription only which was supposed to be a bifocal. I need my bifocal for work! Now we’re getting ready to come into June and I still don’t have the proper glasses. This is insane. These are people‘s eyes and it’s not something to mess around with. I worked in this field for 10+ years. We always made sure people picked up their glasses within a reasonable amount of time! Even if we had to call them twice! You would’ve thought that the general manager would’ve remembered that there was an issue and when my glasses came and made sure that they got taken care of immediately. As a manager, that’s what your job is to make sure your customers are happy and receive the correct products. Not saying that you’re only job but customer satisfaction should be your number one. I will continue to wait for a call because I worked during the hours that you’re open so I need to schedule an appointment and I will be calling my insurance company again.
