Very friendly and helpful staff at the Glenville, NY store. Only issue was that they were behind with their online drs, so my 1240p appt wasnt on time. I got there early to choose frames, and didnt leave there til about 230p.

I found the staff to be quite rude and not helpful at this location. When fitting me for frames, nobody advised me on how to select frames that would fit my face appropriately (bridge sizes). I picked my glasses, received them and they were ready to send me off. I told them something felt off and they made some very minor adjustments to the back and told me that I just needed to adjust- the issue was the glasses were sitting too low on the bridge of my nose causing some pressure. I left and took the glasses to the location on New Scotland Rd, explained what I was feeling and the man there was incredibly helpful. He explained the sizing of the bridge, how to check frames for the size, what I should look for in another pair and helped me make a better more size appropriate choice for my needs. I would not recommend this location. I think the staff could benefit from some rigorous customer service training.
0 stars. The manager of this branch Beth is absolutely disgusting. The person who was helping me was new and when I asked questions the manager was incredibly rude to her own staff member and me. She was unwilling to help and unwilling to provide me any information on my own scripts. I left the store in tears and have never had a worse experience in my life. I will not be returning to this establishment ever in the future
They did a great job from the second I walked in until the time I chose my glasses and was fitted for them. At first it’s a little weird being examined by someone who’s not present but the system they use was oddly enough, comforting and they make sure there was actually a person there in case you needed anything.
Lori was very friendly and extremely helpful when picking out glasses. Matt was very pleasant and chatted with me while we waited 10 mins for the dr to join us
