I couldn't of asked for a better experience and will always use this location for all of my eye care needs. Along with minimal wait time the Dr and all of the staff were polite, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure excellent service. Booking the online appointment was also quick and easy!
I truly just want to say that I appreciated Rachel I believe her name was. Who was so kind and soft spoken. The lady (eye doctor) was so so so rude! I walked in, and she immediately had an attitude. And for what? It was about 3:15. She had one customer she was sitting with. But the way she spoke to me and the way she had an attitude was absolutely uncalled for. She said I can drop off or wait. I said well I guess I'll wait. And she got even more agitated. What exactly is your job? I have a picture of the woman. It was so upsetting. And I thanked Rachel for being so kind and nice. I waited a day to make a review. It still bothered me, that's why I am submitting a review.
It was easy to get a quick appointment. (versus having to schedule weeks out!) The exam was very thorough and the Doc didn't rush through it. The staff helped me find the best bargain and the best fitting glasses. Very happy and will definitely be back.
Our family always receives such wonderful service here. Everyone is patient, helpful and kind. We look forward to shopping for new glasses at Vision Works in Batavia. It's always been a great experience.
I have been going to this Vision Store for 7 years. I have never had a bad experience, and in fact, everything and everyone was wonderful. Doctor was fabulous, the young lady that helped me was also wonderful! I must ask for her name so I can address her personally! Definitely recommend this store!
