Had an excellent experience. Just needed a nose piece replaced on my glasses and they replaced both of them for me and made sure they were fitting right and adjusted them as needed. I also asked for some pricing on glasses that I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or not and they showed me all my options and pricing options. Had an excellent experience! The gentleman was super pleasant!
Very disappointed with this location, one of the ladies at the desk was really rude and no helpful, she seemed upset that I was asking her to check for my dad's insurance since they called me saying he didnt have any and he does in fact have insurance. Then she just said it doesn't come up and just walked away leaving me standing there confused! The older lady there was really nice but the blonde younger lady needs more custoker service training! Will not be coming to this location!
The people that work there made me feel like I was a priority and more than met my needs. They listened to what I said and had quick responses to any questions I had. I am very satisfied with Empire Vision Works.
I would highly recommend Visionworks. I attended the North Utica center. The staff and Dr were very pleasant and accommodating. My exam was completed and my questions were answered. The staff was very helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy with my frame decision. I am very pleased and again would highly recommend.
Rarely do I write public reviews, but felt Visionworks deserved my time to do so. Not only was the eye physician, friendly and professional, but the Visionworks gentleman who helped me pick out my frames and lenses went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience.
