My annual visit went well. Everyone was extremely thorough and patient. Extremely helpful in explaining the use of contact lenses. Knowledgeable in assisting with eye wear options The only hiccup appointment availability is a bit far out. So scheduling the next available was about 2 weeks away. Just a heads up incase you need the visit immediately, definitely worth the wait.
My husband and I can’t be more pleased with the cleanliness and staff at this location. There is great parking and the site is bright and welcoming. The staff are patient, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Blehl takes her time with patients, explaining how your eyes may have changed. Ingrid and the entire team are super friendly and explain pricing options clearly. There is no guessing or ‘bait and switch’ tactics. You know what you are getting and it’s great quality. They have a great selection of glasses so that you have many great options. I will only get my glasses at David Visionworks West Nyack!
Small glasses selection. Overall unfriendly service. Everything takes awhile here - longer than necessary to check in. Long wait time past the appointment without apology (well over an hour). Long wait time between pre test and the actual appointment, even longer wait time for the provider to appear. I was informed that my appointment was for a telehealth appointment when I arrived - a detail that was not clear if even available when I booked the appointment and given they way the ordeal - I spent over two hours here - went I would recommend avoiding these appointments.
Great experience. Very fast service clean store. My experience was wonderful. Dr. Erica Blehl was very knowledgeable and very patient she took the time to thoroughly explain every detail. It was my first time seeing her and because of her amazing personality I will be requesting her for any future exams. From the greeting, to the examinationand my follow up! ! All great experience. Dr.Blehl is great! She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease in making my decision for my contacts.
