From the time I came in the door being registered for my appointment it was on time prompt and pleasant.The Customer Service of Visionworks was excellent. Each individual that had a hand in taking care of me with my appointment was respectful, pleasant, and the appearance of everyone was professionally dressed. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the place. My doctor that examined my eyes was very thorough and beautiful and pleasant. Thank you so much for your professional service. My experience was superior. I had Philip and wouldn’t go to anyone else. His knowledge, caring way about him, honesty, integrity, education he provided kindness was superior.He explained everything I was getting and I had requested it because I didn’t want the issues I had in the past.I was never truly happy. He gave me a great lesson on progressives. I believe customers who have him are in luck. Philip thank you for the passion you have for your job, customers and standing behind your product. I was having an issue with my eye. I walked into the store, and they took me right away to see the optometrist. She was so nice and she helped me right away. They were really wonderful to me. The people working there overall Have a really positive attitude. I was so grateful that they could help me. I'm always very impressed with Visionworks in Rockville Centre.

I knew I wanted a certain type of Eyewear and the young woman who helped me was extremely caring and patient as we tried on numerous type of different glasses. I cannot remember her name I was at the Davis Visionworks Rockville Centre Plaza on a Saturday thank you for the Excellent customer service I think her name was Natalia
