Very good experience to get a vision exam and choose my new glasses. As far as scheduling an appointment it was great but I prefer a human to have a job doing that. I am afraid Ai will take jobs away. I prefer human interaction. I was happy visionworks provides Saturday appointments. And like I said my initial visit waa terrific!
It was a pretty great experience. The only negative I would say was the building lacks character there’s no decorations or little eye jokes or puns. It could definitely use color and some creativity in the eye exam rooms.
I have been using vision works for a few years now. I had a my first "virtual" appt, and it was run very smoothly and efficiently. And all the employees are very kind and helpful.
The doctor was absolutely fantastic, kind, light hearted, funny. Quickest and most simple exam I've ever had and I left confident everything was done and then some. Extremely friendly staff, fair prices and clearly explained fees and prices. Amazing first visit
I came in today, March 21 for the first time. Cheerful reception, worked with Teri. We went through a lot of glasses, and I really believe she picked the best pair for my face I also thought that their prices were quite reasonable, and I appreciated their input
