The front store staff is fantastic. They are handling a ton of people and they make it seem effortless. The doctor is fantastic. It was my first time and I will say that I liked her more than any eye doctor that I have gone to. I've been wear glasses for fifty years, so I have seen a few doctors. Lol.
Staff, especially the doctor and Jessica were super! Very kind, patient and helpful with any questions or concerns i had as someone getting glasses for the first time. I had such a great experience at Visionworks! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in, especially Jessica. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, from the eye exam to helping me order my contacts. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I went for an appointment yesterday and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, inviting, and helpful. The optometrist was awesome and even gave me some insights on preventive care for macular degeneration! I will definitely be going back here for my future vision needs!
This was my first time at this location. Dr. Conlen was so nice, welcoming and very thorough. She focused on my eye concerns and put me in a prescription that allowed me to see again. I highly recommend her for a vision checkup!
