We went in. Found what frames we wanted. Had our own script. Tech attended to us quickly. Knew exactly what to do and got us 2 pr at the best price. We have other family members needing glasses soon. Will recommend VISION WORKS
My entire experience was great. I had a short waiting time, the staff were efficient and friendly. They have a very good selection of frames that are not as over priced as other vision stores. I am well pleased with my glasses choices and the service I experienced.
Kathy at the Monroeville office was COMPLETELY AMAZING!!!!! She took the time to understand issues that I was having with my lenses from a previous doctor. I have NEVER had someone take so much time with me, and be so meticulous!! Kathy is clearly a MASTER at her work! She came HIGHLY recommended from a friend of mine, and I'm so happy I had the opportunity to meet her!
I give this store and their staff 5 stars!! I came to them with a prescription for progressive glasses, never being an eye glass wearer. Zach was very patient with helping me pick out my glasses, and when I had to come back several times for adjustments. On my third visit, the manager Tracy discovered some necessary changes that were needed to my prescription. She spent a lot of time with me to get the changes just right. When my doctor was not willing to make the changes to my prescription, the doctor here agreed to see me and help. The staff kept in contact with me to notify when my glasses would be arriving after the adjustments. I picked up my glasses today with all the new adjustments, what a world of difference. I’m happy with them. I’m am very grateful to this team for their patience and compassion towards me (I had a very hard time adjusting to wearing glasses). I will be using them for my future needs!
Visionworks -Monroeville team did a Great job with my visit. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would go to them again.
