This was my first experience at Vision Works. Associates at the front desk were pleasant and efficient. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I took one star away because I felt the doctor could have been more informative and gave the impression she was not really enjoying her job.
Visionworks had a wide assortment of frames. The associate, after asking me if I needed help, allowed me to browse at my own speed until I found the exact frame I liked. He was very knowledgeable about all the extras I wanted concerning my bifocal lenses and even discussed my options on some of them. All and all i was very pleased and will definately go back again.
I just picked up glasses that I ordered and they are amazing! Devon, Hisan and the whole team were great with helping me pick out my glasses and are very friendly!
The optician and the assistant were very helpful and nice. Very friendly demeanors, the receptionist on the other hand was a completely different story. She barely greeted me upon entry for my appointment and was very short. Upon checkout she was helping other customer which is completely understandable but I waited at the desk for about 10-15 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment, and once she did come over to me didn’t even thank me for my patience or apologize for the wait. It was literally like I was invisible & didn’t matter. I was completely fine and patient with waiting but it was the way it was handled. Due to that experience alone I will not be returning to this specific location ever again
Dr. Jensen was great and took extra time to fine tune my prescription and reason for my focus(ing) issue. Took 3x to get my new glasses right, but they have a 100 day new glasses satisfaction policy.
