Do not come here. I had the worst customer experience of my entire life in the realm of Vision. The store manager Stephanie was extremely aggressive and mocked me several times prior the end of my encounter in the store. I expressed my concerns regarding the discrepancy in the contact lenses that I purchased. I have been using biofinity for years, and was even fit with them during my contact trial only to provide be provided with lenses that are not what I ordered. They repeatedly told me that these are the same lenses which is fine, however, the nature and lack of care in which my concerns were handled was just disgusting, especially by the store manager. I will never be returning here. I should’ve just gone to Cohen’s as I usually do.
Everyone took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. The doctor broke down everything and explained all the details of my eyes and anything she had found. The staff was absolutely lovely. Polite and friendly. No one gave me an attitude or anything with all my questions. They just answered them with a smile and asked if I had any more questions. I loved this office and definitely will be going back.
Did an eye exam and ordered 2 pair of glasses using insurance (50% off second pair). Desires transitions for the 2nd pair. Never received notification that the glasses were in - I called and went in to pick them up. Second pair did not have transitions so have to be reordered. Wondering how Vision Works will make this right? Not so convenient after all.
Just don't waste your time, beyond the fact they have an associate who looks at you like you've run over their cat (which is unnerving). It has been over six weeks of going back and forth now and my prescription is wrong and my glasses are useless. Why? Cause they use AI to examine you, which I had reservations about and it turned out exactly as I expected... Which was wrong. Every time I have gone into the store saying, I cannot use these glasses I have been deflected and not listened to. I need a different freakin' prescription so I don't walk around like I am in a fishbowl. I guess because they know how useless the AI is and there are no human Optometrists on site they cannot do anything else. Corporate is equally useless and unhelpful, so I am now stuck with glasses I cannot see out of and they have taken $400+ of my money and who knows what they charged my insurance for this little piece of medical fraud. Luckily, my 18 month old glasses with a BJ's prescription still work. Which means I can at least see and I am able to write this review. Go anywhere else. Edit To Reply To Response - Thank you for showing your biggest issue. You do not listen to your customers. If you read my reply you would understand that I have talked to Corporate and they do not communicate and is equally silo'd and even more useless. I am at deadend with an organization set up to produce confidently wrong prescriptions and defraud their customers.
