My experience for my first time was extremely wonderful. Had a lot of FUN shopping for New Frames with my Daughter. Therefore the Customer Experience was extremely friendly and amazing considering you were short staffed when I showed up. Overall the second employee came in and started handling his Customer Service skills right along. Had a wonderful time and was helped in picking and fram fiting out the perfect glasses, for my Daughter and my Self. The price was not bad at all compared to my previous experience on my perscrption. And really good considering you didn't take my Daughter's Insurance. Looking forward to picking-up or New Glasses in about 2 weeks. Thank you Vision Works For A Job Well Done. - Jessica Perkins

Crystal and her staff are absolutely amazing! They make sure you are fitted with the perfect frames and proper lens. They’re very polite and professional! I just love Crystal and that’s why I will always come back as long as she’s here!

After being a costumer or Vision works for many years I will NEVER be giving them my business again. I came here and got a pair of Oakleys glasses, paid out of pocket along with what was covered under my insurance, I told Crystal to ship my glasses to the Alliance location where is much closer to my houses. I called alliance and they told me the glasses have arrived! When I got there they gave me LAST YEARS glasses and absolutely nothing to what I originally ordered at the Hurst location. When I called Crystal she admitted to making the mistake all while she was sitting at the desk eating Candy the day of me placing the order… I guess the candy was more important then the costumers who visit this location. Long story short my order was messed up and I received Zero apology from Crystal and no accountability. But on the bright side the Vision works at the Alliance location accommodated me and helped me with the mistake the Hurst location did.

Always my favorite store to go to. I live in Downtown Fort Worth but because of the friendly and professional service I receive I make the drive. Quality of product is good. Ask for Erica and tell her EG sent you.
