Being my first visit, my overall experience was great. Ricky assisted me and was above and beyond with suggestions and finding me the right pair of glasses. He also helped me with spare contact lenses so I could make my decision on selecting the right frame. Great staff and would recommend it to others.

The staff were great. They helped me fit new glasses into my budget! This was my 4th or 5th time to go to Visionworks at this store! I have been happy every time especially today! My POOR insurance ONLY allows me to go to ONE store, so they worked with me to get the best deal paying out of my pocket! Great folks!!!

Ricky and Evelyn are so personable and caring that I will not go anywhere else. I brought my husband along and he will be switching over from the vision provider he has had for years. He even ordered a new pair of frames that he didn't need just because the selection and service was so amazing! Very few businesses these days have this kind of quality customer service and care.

Wonderful service at this location. We went there to order our prescription glasses, the location is pretty close to highland village. The store is well maintained and the service staff was very helpful in making us understand the insurance benefits and what comes with it and finding the best combo. We didn't have many collections to choose from and felt many were little more expensive than other stores. A 'may visit' again place .

Today was my first time at Visionworks, and all I can say it was the best experience I’ve had choosing glasses. When I walked in, I was kindly welcomed by all staff and helped in the timely manner. The manager Eric was very informative and helped me find the best deal on the needs of my glasses. Visionworks is now going to be my go-to glasses place. Thank you!!! :)
