I just appreciate you so much I can't remember the name of the lady who attended me ,but she was really helpful saved me a lot of money very respectful and attentive.. She also chatted with my wife of her pool league and made us feel really good great experience thank you very much
Never called to pick up glasses. I called and checked on the status and that's how I found out they were ready to pick up. They were crooked on my son's face and the girl said there wasn't anything she could do. Which is strange because I've never had that experience and my ear are noticeably uneven causing my glasses to need to be adjusted. Super aggravated! Even after she adjusted them, they are noticeably uneven. See pics for reference- pics taken in the car of in the parking lot.
VisionWorks at Music City Mall met all of my needs. I purchased two pairs of new glasses and it was a great experience. The young lady helping me was knowledgeable and took care of my purchase in a timely manner! Thank you!!
I've been to quite a few. She absolutely has the best explanations so that you understand what exactly is going on. She is just fantastic with her communication style. I had a detached retina and she went above and beyond to find me a surgeon to get my damage fixed. I don't know if I would ever want to go to another eye doctor. She definitely gained my respect and my trust.
The young man associate was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and patient with me and made me feel comfortable making my selections at check out. However, when I went to pick up my glasses, the woman associate was very rude and impatient with me. She was trying to help three different people at the same time so I was waiting to be done because she was going from customer to customer. She was trying to adjust my new glasses but in the middle of that went back to the first customer. I finally asked her for my second pair of glasses and the cases so we could continue with her errands for the day. Hopefully next time it will be go more smoothly for us.
