Great customer service and team. All employees have been there for a good long while so they're all great help. The exchange policy, price, and selection beat any competitor by far. They have been my favorite place for years. Plus the location is easy to get in and out of as well. WIN!!

I was greeted and welcomed in. That instantly made me feel good, because vibes are everything and I refuse to spend my hard earned money where we’re not welcomed. Jeff the employee was helpful, informative, quick but thorough. The place was clean. The eyewear selection was nice, diverse and affordable. Once the selection was made, we were out of there quickly. Which I appreciate.

They ordered the wrong pair. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they basically said oops and that’s it. Actually tried to convince me that I had forgotten what pair I actually ordered. Never apologized, nothing but made me feel as though I should just settle with the wrong pair. They literally made the mistake and did not care. They ordered the correct pair and I’m still waiting on them. Do better. My business will go elsewhere. Waiting a month for glasses is ridiculous. I wanted to spend locally, my mistake. I’ll order online next time.

My husband and I walked in after getting an eye exam from another location and we were looking to find some glasses for myself. We were welcome in, the woman in the front desk were all amazing and very sweet. After talking to us about what our insurance benefit us for, as well as payment she took the extra mile of cleaning my glasses, that was not from the company as well as my husband. Then informed me with all the details and double checks on warrantys and shipment timing of when my new glasses were coming in. We came back specifically after my first experience with Vision Works the first time, we came to this company as again another walk-in, but for my husband. The women were just as sweet just as caring, and we love that it doesn't bother them to take the time to give us all the details on what they can do to help us with our situations. My husband is a blue collar worker so his glasses breaks from time to time and they were just as helpful with picking out some that could benefit him for his job. So instead of going to some very high-end brand or a very popular brand of buying prescribe glasses you can say I will be coming back.
