VisionWorks on Stacey in Allen, Texas did a great job helping me find the pair of glasses I needed. The first time I went in the manager was helpful and understanding. He helped me discover the kind of glasses I read looking for. He was very informative. He took my information and keep it on my file. When I went in later to order my glasses, he was off work. But a kind young woman helped me find the pair of glasses I wanted. She set my order up and was patient while I looked up information on Gemini AI. I found it and with her help and expertise we got the order completed. Now I wait while my glasses come in.

I didn't feel rushed to make my selection. Kobe was professional and attentive. The store offers great customer service so I can rest easy knowing I can find and maintain a great pair of glasses at a reasonable price.

Austin was fantastic in helping us deal with our insurance. We had issues with figuring out if our plan was in network and he called for us to check why our insurance was having issues. After being to multiple people he was the only one to help. We appreciate all the things he did for us.

Austin from the Allen Visionworks location is always very professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest, and resourceful. When I enter into the store I was greeted as if I was the most important costumer on the earth. I cannot recall the other associate name that greeted me as well. He was very polite and warming.

I had a great experience with Logan. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He’s very kind, professional, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate his service and would definitely recommend him.
