I worked with Chris and I always have for the past 2 years. He's always so great with Service. He's very helpful, knowledgeable, patient respectful and kind. He's the reason I keep coming back. Everyone at the store is pretty pleasant to deal with as well. I have moved out of state since last year, but I keep traveling back into town and coming to this location because of Chris. He is an absolute gem! Please give this man a promotion!

This location is amazing! Highly recommend the Rim location for the excellent customer service, their whole team was wonderful! I was immediately greeted politely and asked how I could be helped by CJ at the front and Aniya made the whole process so smooth and easy! She was very kind and helpful from helping me choose my frames to carefully explaining my benefits to me & the manager Jessica was just so pleasant to her staff and all the customers in the store, very approachable, helpful and easy to talk to and the location is nice, clean and organized. Definitely will be back next year!

Chris is a great sale and advisor. He is always help me whenever I visit the store. My recent visit is due to my frame was broken but he helped me to review the waranty and replaced it within 10 mins. Thanks Chris and his team !!

GO FOR CHRIS!!!!! If I could rate Chris personally he would get 10000/10. He’s ginger with curly hair and I think I was there for almost 3 hours and he was with me the whole time. He really knows what shape and color would look best on your face shape/shade and i ended up going with the ones he chose! He’s very good an analyzing someone’s face and choosing the correct glasses. If you’re going to VisionWorks come to this one and ask for Chris if you want the best glasses experience of. your. life.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Visionworks — especially Jessica, Aniyah, and Chris. My experience with them was truly exceptional, and they completely exceeded every expectation I had walking in. From the moment I arrived, Jessica created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly while also making me feel genuinely cared for as a customer. Her leadership and warm personality really set the tone for the entire visit. Aniyah was absolutely wonderful as well. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really help me find frames that suited me perfectly. She gave honest feedback, listened to what I wanted, and made the process fun and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about helping people feel confident in what they choose. Chris was just as amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made sure every detail was taken care of and helped make the entire experience seamless. The teamwork between all three of them was incredible to see. They worked together so effortlessly and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. What stood out the most was how genuine they all were. It didn’t feel like a typical retail experience — it felt personal, welcoming, and sincere. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. Jessica, Aniyah, and Chris are truly an incredible team, and Visionworks is so lucky to have people who care this much about their customers.
