Associates are friendly and welcoming. Allow the time to try on multiple pairs of eyewear without being pushy. They are also well informed and knowledgable! The store is immaculate and organized very nicely. They ensure that all glasses that have been tried on are cleaned before returning to the racks!

Excellent service. They did everything they could to match the pair I wanted. The person who helped us checked to see if the lab had the exact model of frames I wanted. She pulled out all of their extra inventory from the drawers to make it work. Sadly, the lab didn't have the pair I was looking for, but Teresa found me a new pair that worked perfectly. She suggested waiting until the beginning of next year to turn my current frames in and get the lenses replaced to get exactly what I wanted too. She was amazing.
