The staff here is amazing. I work at HEB so trust me when I say I know Hospitality and the women crew I see here is exceeding that. Absolutely love the environment they’ve built and also the efficiency behind every appointment.

The staff was excellent. It was my son's first eye exam and they took very good care of him. As for me, I had previous problems with my contacts so the doctor took her time to ensure they were the right prescription and fit.

I had a great experience at Visonworks. Gabriel was my eye expert and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to help me and get me situated with my insurance, lens, sunglasses, etc. Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent! I am not sure of the lady who helped us out. Her employee number from my receipt is 121993. As soon as we walked in, she asked us how are day was and what we needed help with. As soon as we told her she immediately got started on our paperwork and insurance information. We started browsing glasses and she came over and let us know exactly what we could spend with insurance. As soon as we picked out glasses we sat down and she gave us all of our options as far as upgrades. I explained the problems I was having with old pair of glasses and she recommended what she would buy if she was having those problems. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely be going back!
