I went to America's Best first to get my exam and wasn't planning on using my insurance since they were not in network. I found out with the help of the team at Visionworks they used it anyway without my consent. Letty helped me calm down and got me an even better deal there and ended up getting contacts AND glasses. She was incredibly patient and kind and overall amazing. I will forever come back because of her! Thank you Letty!
Roger provided excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. They have a great selection of frames to choose from, and they accept VSP insurance. Highly recommend
