The Dr. was sweet, frank, understanding, compassionate, and professional. She helped me to understand how my retinal issue is effecting my vision, which set appropriate expectations for my glasses. The glasses technician was Wonderful! She helped me to decide between two frames, worked very hard with the lab staff to design a resolution that would meet my needed turn-a-round time. She explained all of my financial options clearly with compassion. Throughout my decades of wearing glasses, she went further, was more attentive, and more knowledgeable than any other specialist I've worked with in her profession!! All in all, my experience with Visionworks highly exceeded my expectations.

It was very easy to make an appointment online, there were many dates and times available. The employees are professional and knowledgeable, working quickly to help everyone but without rushing anyone. I had my annual eye exam and also shopped for glasses and bought a pair. There is a variety of frames and prices and it is very well-organized so you can easily find what you're looking for. I plan to return next year for my annual eye exam and I highly recommend this location. It's very convenient for me since it's near a bus stop, but there is also plenty of parking available.

I’ve purchase me glasses at this store for 19 years. Al say the best service, but after a stroke, my vision changed a lot, specially between the time I waited 4 glasses to arrive. I could not see as my Dion was still changing after the stroke. Both, doctor Cohen & the young lady who fitter my second pair, went above & beyond to make sure I’d get both, the best fit & the best customer service. Thank you!

Went in for eye exam and 4 pair of glasses. Regular eye day, safety glasses for work, sunglasses, reader glasses. Dr was great like she always is. But the glasses side of this story turned into a horror story. First set was messed up badly. So had to wait another 2 weeks. The second sets came in and was messed up and was lied to and made an excuse that was to far fetch. So after a month of no glasses. I decided for a refund. This company has messed up taking out all the internal labs and using who ever you are using to make glasses.

Easy to schedule an exam online. Fast check-in process. Exam & seeing doctor was also swift. Kirk was professional and personable and laid out all my options for purchasing glasses so I could make informed decisions + made me my glasses within 20 minutes!! Great experience, would recommend.
