​'Had a wonderful experience at Visionworks in Laveen! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. They treated me really well the whole time. My only disappointment was they didn't have the Ray-Ban Meta frames I was looking for, though they did try to help me find them elsewhere. Still, a great spot for eye care, especially if you're local.'

Ive been to many Visionwork locations and the one off baseline and 59th had spectacular service. only negative, if i have to give one, is they seriously need more brighter color options. all the glasses were more gray black and beige. but i did find something sparkly to pick! Customer service was fast and everyone seemed happy to be there.

I highly recommend this store. I had ordered my glasses from another store and I was having excessive problems with distortion not to mention I treated like I was dumb. As soon as I walked in the Laveen location, I was acknowledged Andrew. By the way, he’s really awesome. He asked appropriate questions to find out where the problem was. He remeasured my eyes and reordered the glasses. He is very competent and what he is doing. I highly recommend this store.

Office staff was amazing! I had broke my foot the night before and they opened the doors al when i arrived a couple minutes early so i didn't have to stand outside with crutches. Very awesome of them!! Receptionist was very nice and helped me understand a couple things i was unsure of. The DR was very sweet and very professional. She was very kind and informative. The gentleman helping with my eyeglass purchase was knowledgeable and did a great job helping with my eyeglass selection. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't a typical pushy salesman. Awesome location. Thank y'all!! I appreciate y'all!!!

I have been so impressed with the people that work here - so helpful! I stopped by to get my eyeglasses adjusted because they were slipping around lately. They took adjusted the frame and cleaned the lenses really well - no more slipping!
