Visionworks took great care of me. I was having an issue with my glasses, for some reason the glasses did not agree with me. The crew at Visionworks did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. It really was a teamwork make the dream work experience. Thanks to all the wonderful people who work for Visionworks in Royal Palm Beach and Christin you are the man, Keep up the good work for the customers. Thank you all for being patient with me.

Great experience at this store. Very conveniently located. Exam with Dr. Hong was great. She is very pleasant, professional, and takes the time to make sure you have the best option to fit your correction. At the store Diana and Liz will make sure you get exactly what you need, and you get all your insurance benefits and store discounts. They are as well, very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am so glad I found an eye store with such an efficient and wonderful staff.

I was greeted professionally on the phone by Diana. She was able to schedule me for same day appointment. She was very nice and accommodating. There was an easy flow from beginning to end. Audrey at the desk was very pleasant. Dr. Hong was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. She took her time in explaining the entire process before examining my eyes, as well as taking her time in explaining the results of my examination. Lastly, but not least, Mondee was so friendly and personable. It's my first time needing reading glasses and he took his time explaining my options. They made my experience a great one. I can tell they are a work family. You have a great team. I highly recommend this office.

Manager, Audrey, and all of the other staff I worked with have been excellent. They were patient, so helpful, and pleasant (even when dealing with a customer that was so put high maintenance and indecisive when choosing frames). When my doctor decided to change my prescription, after I got my new glasses, vision Works was so cooperative and easy-going about making new lenses. They were able to accommodate me with high-quality lenses, specialty prisms needed for a double vision issue, transitions, and offered a nice wide progressive option for optimum visibility. They not only take my VSP insurance, but they are a VSP Premier Edge” provider offering additional options and savings. I took advantage of their buy one get 1/2 off sale and got myself two really great pairs of glasses (the second being customize sunglasses). I am thrilled with their level of customer service and will definitely make the 45 minute drive back next time I need to upgrade lenses or a new full set of glasses! My only suggestion would be to add additional options for transition lenses… such as Transitions® GEN S™ Those are game changers for personalization and uniqueness!

Looovvvveee this store and this staff!! Followed Dr Hoang to this location and soooo happy I did! This gorgeous professional friendly staff helped me navigate my insurance, choose my first pair glasses (Elise helped so much by being honest about which looked the best) & took care of everything! Bobby is the manager- love this guy!! Elise helped me with insurance and glasses-the best!!! Definitely recommend this place! Ps-store is brand new and gorgeous and staff unlike other stores, engaging and friendly!
