Excellent service, from the moment you walk in the staff is attentive and so helpful. Eileen was great she helped my mom choose her glasses and helped with her insurance. Dr. Patel is wonderful and patient, she took her time with both her eye exam and explaining her results. She also speaks Spanish, if it’s your preferred language. If you are looking for a place to check your eyes and are looking for beautiful frames this is the place for you. We highly recommend Visionworks!!!!!
I'm so glad I got my glasses here. Their prices are very good, but what can't be beat is their 100 day guarantee and their service. I tried progressive lenses but I could not get used to them. I brought them back, got a full credit and got glasses I'm happy with. Then today I came in because my glasses somehow got twisted and weren't fitting right. Eileen took great care of me, not only fixing my glasses back as good as new, but replacing the nose pads with better, softer ones. No charge. That's why I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for glasses ever again.
I walked in on Monday and I looked around for a little bit. I met Kayla and she was super sweet & helpful. She listened to what I was looking for. She mentioned the deal and I automatically thought this is brilliant. She was finishing up with another client. I then was assisted with the manager Juanita ( I hope I am spelling your name right) she was super helpful and very patient. I took the chance on the promotion for the $79 glasses and I am very happy that I did. Way better experience than Target Optical. Thank you ladies for your patience & thank you so much for listening. People in the industry do not listen, they push their market value more than listening and helping others. I appreciate you both !!
I’m writing this review in the hope that management at Visionworks Lake Nona takes a moment to review what happened today, because the issue was not just the appointment itself, but the way the situation was handled. My child had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM today. Due to traffic, we arrived at 1:56 PM, about 11 minutes late. However, I had already completed the online registration at 1:30 PM, as requested through the text message sent by the clinic. When I approached the front desk, the staff member assisting me (an older lady) told me that she had just canceled the appointment. I understand that clinics have schedules and policies, and I respect that. What was disappointing was the lack of professionalism and empathy in the interaction. Instead of explaining the policy in a respectful way or attempting to help find a reasonable solution, the response felt dismissive and somewhat condescending, with comments about it being “almost 2 PM” and that she was already waiting for the 2 PM patient. The only option offered was to return at 3 PM, which was not feasible for us. What made the experience particularly unfortunate was the tone and attitude, which made the situation feel unnecessarily uncomfortable especially considering this appointment was for my child. I hope management takes the time to review front desk customer service practices at this location, because the first interaction patients have with a clinic should reflect professionalism and respect. I would genuinely appreciate if someone from Visionworks management could look into this experience.
