We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. I had an appointment for that day. My wife's appointment was for the next day. They were able to see her the same day which made it more convenient for us. All personel were polite, courteous and professional. The eye doctor was very thorough. I was able to find a nice pair of frames out of the large selection and various styles. Pricing was good and who doesn't like buy one get one free?

The employees are nice. I’ve used them for two years now. The dr always seems rushed, at each visit I’ve waited 30 minutes to see the dr, this past visit for just a quick check of my contacts. Two people came in after me and were seen before me which seems silly when my visit was so short. I asked if my pupillary distance had been on my glasses prescription since this is now required to order glasses. I was told no and that “the next person can help you with that”. I’m not sure that that means?? I guess I have to pay for another eye exam to have someone measure my PD. Which makes no sense, if my PD is required to order glasses why are they not including it with my eye exam or at least asking if I want it done if it costs extra so that I am able to order glasses??? I chose not to order glasses through them since I can get glasses for a lot less online. Before this contact appointment I had come in to change over my prescription in my frames to my new prescription. This was a run around with the employee where they were trying to change $150 for changing out the lenses in the frames only. After saying nevermind I would just order new glasses- frames and lenses online for $50 instead, she went oh oh I was clicking the wrong this it’s actually only $35. Really? Just seems like they’re trying to get more money than necessary out of you and the customer service isn’t great. I understand businesses need to charge what they need to charge, but I prefer a business that will be honest and tell me my options. And one that isn’t always running 30-60 minutes behind an hour after they open.
The visit was great. Tech was very friendly and informative about the photos for the eyes. The exam went well with the doctor. She went over my pre test results and my eye pictures. McKenzie helped me with the purchase of new glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Id give a zero star but its not a choice. I made an appointment at the White Marsh Md location had no issues scheduling. Showed up for my 9 am appt and waited 45 mins to be seen which was aggrivating. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind.Test was a little long and annoying but I made ut thru. Saw the dr ( Todd Smith) via telehealth and was told about my exam. He ordered my lenses for far sight anti glare an transitions. I asked him and the tech atleast 5 times if that was what id be recieving an covered by my insurance? wlI was told Yes. Day comes to pick up and the glasses I thought I was getting. It was 2 plain lenses throw into a frame. My eyes hurt more wearing them than not. I asked about why the lenses werent what what the dr/ I ordered? And was met with an attitude from the tech. Was told they had no way to check my precription from that location (little odd) and was told this is what you get. I left and called customer service only to be told I needed permission from the district manager to go to a different location to get my glasses fixed. Was than told by customer service id recieve a call from a lady named Vivian the area manager within 24 hrs. Well thats was 4 days ago and no call yet. All I want is what i ordered. PERIOD... The experience, customer service and professionalism was horrific. Dont think I will be using them again.
The arm of my glasses' frane broke off and was unable to be repaired. The young woman who helped me was knowledgeable and efficient in addressing the issue. I ended up purchasing the exact frame again, and she moved the lenses from the old frame to the new frame. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
