My appointment went very smoothly . It was a Telehealth exam. The exam was virtual and the doctor visit was virtual, but you sit in the office and they operate the equipment remotely. I still felt like the doctors were accommodating and personable . She walked me through my images and answered any questions I had. It was also nice that she could relate to me and my age.
Customer service at the Visionworks in the Bowie Town Center is "outstanding" ! Very pleasant and friendly staff that provides exceptional assistance for your vision needs and/or care. The added bonus is the immediate smiles they give you when you walk through the doors which is not immediately represented from other businesses of similar stature during these harsh economic times. Sometimes a smile can make a big difference is your shopping experiences.
Alexis was super helpful and accommodating. She assisted me with getting a new prescription in a pair of frames I brought in and tightened my current frames. She had amazing customer service.
My experience was excellent at Visionworks! I loved the process from beginning to end. I really loved that the technician and doctors exams were done remotely and not face to face with all that is going on with Covid and other transferrable diseases in today’s society. I would not hesitate to recommend VisionWorks to my friends and family.
Staff completely thorough and knowledgeable. Eye physicians were patient, and professional especially when it came to listening. I've been to many optometrists in my adult life, this location by far top tier. Somethings were introduced to me for the first time, but it was done with ease. I do recommend this location for your focal/optics needs. I thank the whole team at this location.
