Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry

We had such a positive experience at Visionworks! My husband needed new glasses, but it is hard to find time with our schedules. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff greeted us warmly. The store was so clean and well organized. The technician, Ameerah was so very patient, helpful and kind! She explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us. Excellent customer service!! We will definitely use this business again and highly recommend this location!

Great experiences for my husband, my mother, and myself. Ameerah is both personable and knowledgeable. She helped each one of us on separate occasions and we couldn’t have been more pleased. They have an affordable selection of eyeglasses and mine came back a week before promised! My son teased me and said they look like stop signs 😅 but I absolutely adore them.

This location is a good location but i had an unpleasant and humiliating experience today with Ameerah! She was so nasty and rude to me and unwilling to go any extra mile to assist with the little insurance issue I had. She even threatened to cancel my appointment if I couldn’t figure out my issue after 10mins of my appointment! Luckily she had to attend to someone else, then came the sweet and ever ready to help Arianna that went above and beyond to make my visit today meaningful together with the other staff that attended to me today. Don’t ever let Ameerah attend to you if you don’t want to feel frustrated and to feel less of yourself. Period!

I can not say enough about ARIANNA, ARIANNA, ARIANNA! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile when I had an insurance issue and she fixed it without hesitation by going above and beyond to call them personally for me. She also made me aware of other benefits that my insurance offered that I shouldn't leave on the table, which I took advantage of. Again, I stress her patience as I came in with THREE TEENAGERS, all of which got glasses/contacts. I highly recommend that you ask for ARIANNA!

This store was so great and was very welcoming. We had great conversations and the vibe was amazing. I loved my glasses and there was a lot to choose from. I’m not sure what store real McCoy went to but it must’ve been a different store. Real McCoy was very racist based on what they commented and what they said was very uncalled for. 10/10 I would recommend to everyone to come here. ❤️
