Visionworks will always have my utmost respect and service! Everyone was very welcoming, got greeted at the door, picked out frames the my exam and even got my glasses within 20 minutes tops! Answered all of my questions and treated me like a person and not patient. They will always be my go to place for glasses.
Our helper was very thorough and timely with us, He had my previous order ready as a guide which saved a lot of time. He worked hard to find frames that fit me at the same price I was going to pay. This is my third or fourth time going to this store and this is the best help I received.
Went here when my insurance ran out and they were hands down the best eye care experience I’ve ever had! The eye exam was $69 and they don’t pressure you to buy glasses after your appointment. I did end up buying two pairs, and Tiffany was a great help. Overall, I strongly recommend Visionworks if you don’t have insurance and want something affordable! I also got my glasses within 30 minutes of finishing my eye exam.
I had such a wonderful experience at Visionworks! I accidentally booked my appointment at the wrong location, and instead of turning me away, the team went above and beyond to help transfer my appointment and get me taken care of. I was the last patient of the day, and despite the complications caused by my mistake, Ramona, Rian, Landen, Kara, and Dr. Pratt were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. When there were additional issues at checkout because of the location mix-up, they all worked together to find a solution and make sure I got my contacts before leaving. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about helping customers the way they did. Their professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I left feeling valued and appreciated. Thank you all for going the extra mile!
There was no problem scheduling my appointment. Once there after a very short wait I was called back for the preliminary testing. I saw the doctor after a brief wait. She was very thorough and discussed my vision and eye health.
