Jace was super helpful. He helped me understand my vision benefits. Did a flawless job with the measurements. Very efficient. Also helped adjust my current glasses as they were a bit tilted. He patiently went over the options and extra charges not covered by insurance. It was late and getting close to closing time, I offered to get my glasses checked next time, but he offered to take care of it right then. Great experience, I'd recommend this place. Frame options were good.

Great experience. I was blow away by the personal care I was given. I wasn't rushed into getting glasses. I was given lots of great information that I was unaware of and coached to what was best for me, helping choose the best pair for me personally. They took the time to listen, hear my concerns and questions I had and went the extra mile vs just getting a sale. If you're looking for a great one on one personal experience, I highly recommend these guys. Also, they have a very large selection to choose from. No doubt I'll be back.

This was the best Visionworks I've ever been to! I get super anxious doing this now after the last specialist who did my eye exam was really mean to me. If you're like me and have any eye exam anxieties everyone here is so nice, attentive and explains everything to you in a respectful way. So if you're in the Olympia area or are in need of new frames + an eye exam please consider going here. When I came they were training a new employee, Amy, and she was very sweet! Again all the employees at this location are worth making an appointment here! Thanks again!!

Jacob was helpful when I called. He scheduled me in right away. Dr. Su is knowledgeable and thorough. All the staff was kind and agreeable. This visit and glasses wound up being covered by insurance. Jacob also took care of that. Lovely experience .

Amy (my apologies if the name is misspelled) from the Olympia location was awesome! INCREDIBLY helpful, was very patient and made me feel very comfortable with the options she presented me with for my son. Great customer service, you can't find that in most places.
