New to Visionworks. Very friendly and helpful associates. No pressure or hovering. Went over insurance coverage and optical options. Easy ordering process. Overall, my personal experience was better than expected. Allen, the optician, is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

While VisionWorks has great doctors and the process from exam to lenses/ frames is convenient, the communication leading up to the appointment needs work. The remi der texts are relentless. Sometimes daily, for weeks. Appointment timing is not convenient because instead of a reminder to make an appointment, which I do appreciate, you are assigned an appointment that you then have to reschedule if it's not convenient for you. Additionally, it is standard for them to constantly remind you to show up 15 minutes early, but if you have a 10am appointment, the doors dont open until 10 at the mall locations. The constant reminders, the rescheduling of an appt you didn't make, the requests for you to confirm your appointment literally multiple times, all occurs during my work day when I am very busy and need to focus on my job.
In take was super helpful to me. Explained options. Technician had everything ready and clean. Stopped to ask answer my questions so kindly. Dr. Was very professional and showed me results from state of the art equipment and very patient with my exam. Aimee helped me choose my frames by being very honest at the same time as listening to my needs and personal challenges and style
The doctors and representatives here are not empowered to care for your vision health in any way. They will burn your insurance benefits and your money. Go somewhere else if you can help it. I went in with a fine prescription (from another clinic that’s no longer in network) that needed renewing and left with a new prescription that made my vision significantly worse (due to severe over-correction). They refused to make it right, saying that I’m out of a 90 day period, though they make it impossible to get a hold of someone through their phone line, and visiting in person was not an option for me while I was away at school. Of all my 20 years of receiving corrective vision, I’ve never had anything negative to say about an optometrist or their office, until now. Take it for what it’s worth.
Amazing customer service and efficient exams! We love coming here for our eye exams each year and will continue to do so moving forward. Keep up the great work y'all!
