It’s nice that there’s always someone to greet you as you walk in the door. Ms. Shayla (administered puff of air in eyes) was so nice! Communicative & friendly, yet professional. Dr. Tabassi was awesome! My appt was later in the day but she showed no signs of lagging & didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was her 20th patient of the day. She makes you feel comfortable, is very nice & answered all my questions &/concerns.

I was having a bad day due to personal health news regarding myself and the associate that helped me pick up my Glasses just really acted like she cared and when I left the store, I had a smile on my face again! That really made a difference for me, So I’ll definitely be going back to the Britt Ridge Ln., Dupont location!

People usually take the time to write reviews when something goes wrong, but not enough people speak up when they have a great experience, so I wanted to do that here. From start to finish, everything went really well and I honestly have 0 complaints. I love the glasses I picked out and the whole process felt easy and stress free. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I especially want to recognize the woman who helped me choose my glasses. She was patient, walked me through everything, and made sure I was making the right decisions without any pressure. That kind of service really stands out. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location.

Doctor very friendly and explained detail of my eye Excam been change , I feel comfortable taking to front desk and doctor . Am always pick up firm glasses from Vision work every years

Dr. Grady is the best! She's kind, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how she didn't make me feel bad for not wearing my glasses when they stopped working (and waiting over a year to get updated ones). Her exam was very thorough, checking for damage often caused by my autoimmune disorder. She also made sure I was seeing an ophthalmologist for further evaluation based on the serious nature of that disorder. She explained the state of my eyes and my options to correct my vision (while being respectful of my cost restrictions and what Medicaid will and won't cover). 10/10 for Dr. Grady. The person who helped me find glasses that were covered was also incredibly helpful and pleasant.
