The absolute best place to get eyeglasses. I’ve never had a problem, i’ve had many eyeglasses made by them probably 15 pairs I found the optometrist to be a very cute and very nice guy. He’s very helpful and he Will fill out any paperwork you need any issues are resolved quickly and without trouble I’ve been to other eyeglass places, and I’ve not been as happy as I’ve been here. From inception to completion excellent Customer Service I love the young ladies at the front desk. I love how they custom make the glasses for you. I am so happy with the Customer Service. I won’t go any place else love the New location absolutely amazing. Been a customer for a long time.

I had such a wonderful experience here! When I arrived for my appointment, I realized I had accidentally mixed up the date. I felt terrible, but Lenny immediately reassured me that it was no problem at all. Even though it sounded like the schedule was already very full, she was kind enough to squeeze me in, and I was so grateful for her flexibility and kindness. The gentleman who performed my exams before I saw the doctor was fantastic. He was so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The doctor was also incredibly pleasant, thorough, and easy to talk to. From the moment I walked in until I left, everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation into such a positive experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

Great customer service. And everyone was knowledgeable. Just wish the doctor was a little more sociable and friendly. Kinda melancholy demeanor . Nice guy, but has no personality along with his mannerism with the customers. Otherwise I love going to this particular location.

I made an appointment a year ago right after my last exam. They sent a text 2 weeks before that said 'click to make changes'. I didn't make any changes but they canceled the appointment because I didn't confirm...there was no request to confirm. They stated they don't take my new optical insurance...according to the insurance company website, they do... They don't answer the phone. The only way to get any service at all is to drive over. Just stay away. There are plenty of better places to get an eye exam.

The front desk arent too professional. I came in for glasses. The wait time wasnt too bad, the energy in there was cold not pleasant. The doctor was cool but staff nah. Next year I am going some where else.
