Wonderful staff and great prices! The selection of eyeglasses here is fantastic, and the prices are very affordable. The employees are super knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain my vision insurance benefits. Ms. Tiffany explained to me all my options and walked me step by step through the process, answered all questions. The checkout process was quick and easy. I love my new look!

The staff was super friendly knowledgeable and personable. The diagnostic tech was very thorough in her pre screen machines and the optometrists super kind and got me in and out. The staff at vision works was very nice. Jessica who did the diagnostic testing was wonderful and Dominque who checked me out for the glasses was very professional and sweet I will be back next year

This is the 2nd time I ordered glasses from here. The 1st time, I got frames I really loved so this time, I ordered the same frames. It was much easier because they had all the information from before - size, measurements, features, etc. They just needed to update the prescription information. I was done in 15 minutes and will have my new glasses in 2 weeks. This location of Visionworks has a wide variety of styles in frames for women, men and young people. You can’t go wrong if you come here. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn’t give Visionworks 1 ⭐️, except the staff was nice. Their lab?? SUUUCKS!!! 🧐 *evidence attached* After 2weeks of waiting? I should never have received a call that my glasses were ready, when clearly the lenses are not shaped correctly and larger than the frames themselves!! I’m not sure when Visionworks lost its quality control, but I’ll never be back!! Headed to EyeMart Express for 1-day lab turnaround!! 😎 **Visionworks, your reply means nothing to me—before returning my glasses, I attempted calling corporate, to only be transferred to a generic extension and then disconnected. Visionworks cost me the ability to use my insurance, and going elsewhere is causing me to pay full cost out-of-pocket. I’ve been in the insurance side of healthcare for 35years, and this is unacceptable service.

Sold me glasses with the wrong RX. Moved out of state, they told me all stores were connected but upon trying to remedy the problem. I was told the Doctor was not connected to vision works at all. I asked them if I would have ANY issues getting this fixed...$104 later I was mislead and had to pay for an additional eye exam. The doctor connected with this location has filthy equipment and apparently is inept. I don't appreciate the runaround nor do I feel this is fair to charge me again to fix their problem. No one seems willing to take accountability for the issues
