I had an excellent experience at Vision World. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Yahima Baigorria, General Manager, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly valued as a patient. This level of care is hard to find. Highly recommended!
Dr. Garcia is by far one of the best optometrists I’ve seen. He was really great, very attentive, and made the entire visit comfortable. He took his time during the exam and made sure all my questions were answered. His staff and everyone at Visionworks were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location.
Dr. Garcia is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I learned more during my appointment with him than I have in the past 15 years of wearing glasses and contacts. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and informative. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Garcia and his entire staff were wonderful very pleasant, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. You can truly tell that Dr. Garcia loves what he does. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my husband and me in clear, easy-to-understand terms. As a nurse of six years currently pursuing my Nurse Practitioner degree, I’ve often been taught the importance of patient education and explaining things in layman’s terms but I have rarely seen it done so effectively in practice. Dr. Garcia not only educated us in a way that ensured we fully understood, but he also shared valuable information that I had not previously learned. I genuinely appreciate the time he took and the knowledge he shared. It was helpful not only for us as patients, but also for me professionally, as I can incorporate what I learned into my own daily patient care. Highly recommend.
Wilfredo was amazing. Professional and friendly and gave us great advice for all of our seeing glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend this store and their staff Dr. Garcia is the best of Optometrist. He is thorough and knowledgeable.
