Visionworks Optometrist

I had such a wonderful experience here! I had LASIK about 7 years ago and recently noticed my vision starting to change. I first met with Sara, who was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I then met with Miracle, who I believe is the store manager, and she was equally amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with both glasses and contacts, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It never felt rushed, and I truly felt like they cared about finding the best solution for me rather than just making a sale. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Sara and Miracle were both professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me. I left feeling confident, informed, and excited to finally be able to see clearly again. I highly recommend this Visionworks location and will absolutely be returning for my future eye care needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in the other day because one of the screws on my glasses came out and got lost. I was greeted by Sanjidah Rashid, who was very friendly, and she immediately put in a new screw. The problem was that the end of the screw was not flush with the frame and she asked the assistance of Carmelo Calderon, who immediately came over and clipped off the protruding part and had to work at it to get it perfect, and so he did. They were both quick, polite, efficient and very congenial. It was a total pleasure going into this store and being helped by these two wonderful people. The whole experience was not only efficient in a pragmatic way, the glasses work fine and the lenses are in tight, but uplifting in having met two of humanities finest! Thank you both so very much! I highly recommend going to this store for all your eyeglasses needs! Sincerely, Martin Brandel (a very satisfied customer!)

Had a wonderful experience as usual from both the eye doctor/staff to Visionworks. Miracle helped me. I had broken my glasses but thankfully my frames were in stock. She was determined to get my lenses in and she did. She was very friendly and gave me a great deal on the frames, new glasses, and contacts. I appreciate Miracle and everyone there...super nice.

The entire staff at the Pompano Beach location is exceptional!! We’ve moved states but still continue to travel for exams and ordering of contacts & glasses. My husband, son and myself are all clients and so happy with everyone there.

I dropped my only glasses for my computer work and needed a quick fix because I'm lost without them. I found Visionworks at 2471 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach and quickly drove there and met retail supervisor, Sanjidah Rashid and Optician, Carmelo Calderon. In minutes they took another pair of my glasses, removed the lenses from the broken frame and put the lenses into that old frame. Perfect! I immediatley had replacement glass for my computer needs. Great service, professional, friendly and no charge!
