Visionworks – Pembroke Pines

I had an excellent experience at Visionworks in Pembroke Pines. The doctor was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit a pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for outstanding eye care!

Called in the early AM to see if they fix glasses the young lady that took my call super nice said yes, I asked her what do you charge she said nothing. I said are you sure? She said yes. I get to the Pines and 122 location. 6:00pm. Some lady approached me, obviously had no interest in serving or working it looked like. Throwing things around. I asked her is she could fix my glasses she looked and said oh we don’t carry that, didn’t check or anything. Then she said I have to ask my manager and see how much it is for repair. I had no problem paying to begin with but the customer service attention for this lady negative. I drove quit a way to get this repair as it’s my only pair and I made the extra effort since I am running a fever. I was going to make an appointment not anymore. Please inform your employees or correct procedures

My husband, my son, and I had our routine vision tests today, and Natalia truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we walked in, everything felt smooth and effortless. My son had plenty of questions, and she answered every single one with patience and even had him laughing, which made the visit so comfortable for him. We really appreciate the staff and the level of organization here. It is exactly why we continue to come back.

Every time I visit—whether for an appointment or assistance with anything—I am met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, and their excellent work truly deserves recognition. You can clearly see the passion they have for what they do. I would especially like to acknowledge Jennifer, Ginny, Jheanel, Sigrid, and Dr. Calviero, who have all helped me tremendously. Each of them is wonderful, attentive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Thank you all for the care you provide and for helping people receive what they truly need. This level of service is rare, but at this location, you genuinely feel the passion, teamwork, and welcoming environment every time you walk in. Highly recommended.

I had another great experience today with Natalia and Associates for my eye care. They always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, which I truly appreciate.
