I am a new client and first time visitor. My experience was fantastic as everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Hammond was great and friendly. He even came out to say hello when I returned to pick up my glasses. Teresa what extremely helpful in selecting my eyewear and helping navigate through my options. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place for eye exams and eyewear or contacts.
We always experience 5-star service at Vista Family Eye Care. From the awesome ladies up front to the amazing Dr. O’Brien, I am always greeted with a smile and treated like family. They do great work and go the extra mile to follow up and make sure that everything is perfect. We are so lucky to this gem in Liberty Hill! I highly recommend them!
Staff was extremely efficient and helpful. All were genuinely friendly and engaging and passionate about their job. The process of the exam was thorough and educational. Glasses selection. Is nice and what’s even better is the staff’s expertise in helping you select styles that look good on you - something I struggle with! I was super impressed with every interaction and step in the process. I highly recommend!
I walked in this morning with a foreign object in my eye. They were able to get me in quickly and find the object to painlessly remove it. Everyone was kind and helpful. I scheduled a full exam for new prescription glasses and will be back in a couple weeks. Thank you
First visit to Vista Family Eye Care and it was stellar! ALL of the staff members that I encountered were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. O’Brien was very thorough with my exam and in explaining everything about my results.I never felt rushed from the moment I arrived.
