I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Janee’ Austin from Vista Optical at Travis AFB, CA. My wife visited today to purchase new glasses since her current pair was not meeting her needs. Instead of trying to make a sale, Janee put the customer first by assessing her glasses and advising her to return them to the vendor to have the lenses corrected. This kind of honesty means a lot to me. This is why I continue to choose Vista Optical as my primary vendor for glasses. A special thanks to Janee’, and I ask that Vista Optical recognize her for her exceptional service. As the saying goes, “If you give a little, you get a lot back,” and that is true customer service.
