My children have been going here for a year now. Great customer service. Eye doctor is amazing how he interacts with them. Very professional. Highly recommend!! The eye doctor made huge progress with my son's right eye.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jorgensen. He is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring doctors I have ever visited. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt that he truly cared about my vision and overall eye health. Unlike many doctors who rush through an appointment, Dr. Jorgensen took his time with me, carefully explaining each step of the exam and making sure I understood everything. What impressed me most was how dedicated he was to making sure my new prescription glasses were absolutely perfect. He went out of his way to check and double-check that both the lenses and the frames worked well for me, and he never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. His attention to detail is remarkable, and it gave me so much confidence in his expertise. On top of his professionalism, Dr. Jorgensen has such a kind and personable manner. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and even offered extra advice about how to keep my eyes healthy long-term. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in helping them see and feel their very best.

My appointment was 8/2/2024 and today marks over a month and still have not received my lenses that I paid for, with insurance, or a phone call. I have had to call to follow up on them. First phone call I was told the order is pending and she couldn’t tell me anything else. I called again and the lady said she will have to look into my order and call me back. What is going on? I rarely leave reviews but this is just wild. Update 9/5/24 I had to call yet again on 9/3 to figure out where my lenses were. I was told they would be here the next day on 9/4. I also verified if I should call to follow up and she said she would call and let me know. Surprise. Surprise. It is 9/5 still no phone call, no follow up, and no lenses. I mean at this point I wouldn’t recommend this business. They keep dropping the ball.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Vista Vision Optical! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly both when I called to schedule my appointment and during check-in. This is by far the cleanest and nicest eye doctor’s office I’ve ever visited. They use the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Jorgensen is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and my results. I’ll definitely be back!

I was impressed this eye place. The doctor remembered me when I worked at Brookshires. That staff was welcoming and friendly. I am happy with my glasses. I told some friends of mine that Vista Vision is where they should come get a eye exam.
