my mom lives in fairlawn I live in Verona she told me that VE accepts most ins. my boyfriend and I had been having a difficult time finding an eye Dr that accepted our 2 different ins.We both had exams, picked out frames just waiting for our glasses the Dr was great Sonya was great (funnny& cheerful) I don't recommend going I'm telling you to defenatly go to Visual Effects in fairlawn! after we get our glasses I'll let you know what we think & after ins. authorization I will have to have some other exams I'll let ya know how those go over all I'm really glad my mom told me to go to visual effects it was really frustrating having ins. but unable to find a place that accepted it thanks everyone at VE!

Dr. Raeva is the absolute best. I made the mistake of trying a new doctor closer to where I moved, and I instantly regretted it. I wasn’t treated properly, was misdiagnosed, and I knew something wasn’t right. She made sure everything I mentioned was communicated to Dr. Raeva, and the doctor addressed every single concern I had. I left with a clear plan, a follow-up appointment, and a new prescription. Dr. Raeva truly changed my life with just one visit. I will never switch doctors again, no matter where I live. Dr. Raeva is the best, most careful optometrist I have ever seen. I really like that before she writes you a prescription, she makes a quick sample for you to make sure they are comfortable first. I had a tricky prescription, but in two years she was able to correct it and restore my vision. She also works with a few nice ladies who are very friendly and help contribute to an all-over positive experience. Thank you!

Dr. Raeva, is very caring & professional, however her office, definitely needs alot of work with customer service & professionalism, I have been a customer for many yrs, but after this last visit getting an eye exam, & new eyeglasses, I don't think, I will be a returning customer anymore, it took a long time, to complete an eye exam & purchase new eyeglasses, that is unacceptable, I also called my insurance company, to find out the benefits, regarding my vision plan, because the lady who helped me, with the glasses & also speaks Russian, had an attitude, with writing my order for new glasses, absolute horrible experience. Buyer Beware, take your business elsewhere
