An Awesome place that will listen to your concerns and care about the patient, Jacqueline Le was so amazing and the staff made me feel like I was important definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone.
First of all the waiting period was less than 5 minutes. Dr Le was great and explained every detail of the annual exam which took about 45 minutes to complete. She is friendly and has an upbeat attitude. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Lee is wonderful. Patient while explaining what the issues are and the solution. Staff are polite and efficient. Great place!!
Dr. Keira is a wonderful person! She has such a laid back demeanor that puts you at ease. She is very knowledgeable, but down to earth and takes care of all of her patients. She has an excellent support team. Her staff members are friendly and helpful each time I visit or call for information. They have great eye-wear; you don’t have to worry about going through the process of having the subscriptions or insurance process when you’re getting your glasses or contacts filled. It’s all done in house with no work on your part. I highly recommend Dr. Keira West! I have a great experience every time I visited the office.
We had a great experience with Dr. West at Visual Eyes. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was no wait for our appointment time. Dr. West was very knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, her bedside manner is fantastic.
