All employees were gracious ,respectful and extremely helpful. Dr. DONOVAN was very forthcoming about my treatment today and for the future and was very gentle with my eye injection. It was over before I knew it. The office is very comfortable and accomodating. I only wish it wasn't at Oak Hill hospital as parking is such a problem. But I'm very satisfied with the practice and my treatment regardless of the location.

Wonderful experience from my first interaction. I was referred by my eye doctor for a detached retina that occurred while I was on vacation. The office got me in immediately and promptly treated my affected eye. Dr. Montzka was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain what my expectations should be. For something that was a not so pleasant experience, the entire staff made it pleasurable. Definitely would recommend.
It was my first visit to this place for annual check up ( I have macular hole ) , I switched from St. Luke's clinic, where I had eye surgery, because they didn't accept my new insurance. And I was very pleased with service and waiting time. Everything was done professionally and timely but without rush. My husband is also patient of this clinic, he is geting eye injections ( macular degeneration) and I am glad he recommended me this place .
I would give 6 stars, if I could. The staff are welcoming and engaging. From the moment you come into the waiting room, you are made to feel comfortable. The medical staff are all very competent and are equally engaging. Dr M is kind and makes you feel like you matter. If you want a poke in your eye to be a great experience, this is the place to be.
I have been going to Retina Group of Florida for the past 18 months to be treated for Wet Macular in both eyes. They set the standard for medical services very few places will ever meet. I know, as a senior citizen I have been to many! The typical facility will often find you waiting long past your appointment time. And at another facility in Spring Hill I routinely waited for hours before seeing my doctor. But not at Retina Group of Florida! This is the place where a 10 o'clock appointment means 10 o'clock! I have received the complete treatment, pictures through injections, including checkout and my next appointment scheduled, in about an hour every time for the last 18 months. The staff is completely professional and friendly. If you are tired of having to make 2 appointments, one for pictures and one for treatment, and wait hours each time, I recommend you consider checking Retina Group of Florida out. They are conveniently located at the Oak Hill Hospital facility. You will be glad you did!
