My husband and I have been totally pleased with the care that we have received from Dr. Kendra for close to twenty years. In fact, she was initially recommended to my husband by a retina specialist he was seeing for a problem. Along the way Dr. Kendra has provided recommendations to us for, at least, three other excellent doctors. In addition to her medical help, a visit with Dr. Kendra is always extremely entertaining!

I was literally yelled at because I couldn't see the eye chart. "we'll sit here all day until you make a guess." I literally could see nothing and was yelled at by Dr. Wright. I was also rushed through and was met with several sighs of disapproval if I couldn't see the difference between 1 and 2.

Dr. Voss and her staff always make the experience pleasant and efficient. Her nurses and business associates treat you right from the minute you walk in, assist you with ordering and make the checkout process very smooth. She is very personable and always on time. She treated and has managed my eye health for many years. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

It took them about 2 month just to give me my contact prescription, and I had to push the for that timeline. Communication was terrible. It was an incredibly frustrating experience all around.

I overheard one of the employees verbally making fun of a visitor for asking about pricing and teasing about her not having a lot of money. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
