My yag procedure was a complete success. All staff was competent and super friendly. That's getting harder and harder to find in health care this day and time.. Doc was very personable. Great folks.
I was very disappointed with our visit the last time and did not think my attitude would be changed. It was not changed my reception who was once again scolding, dismissive and rude. Boy was I shocked when the Eyee technician turned all around. She was thorough, professional, and precious to my wife who has dementia. She wasn’t good; she was the best. A raise is in order.
Outstanding staff. The evaluation procedure was very efficient and well organized. Minimal wait time between procedures. Dr. Holcomb and all the staff took time to answer all questions.
Each and every person I encountered at Holcomb Laser Center were very professional, efficient, and kind. I shared my experiences with my husband on our drive home, and told him I recommend their services for him in the future.
Great all around experience! I will definitely refer others to Dr. Holcomb. 10/10.
