As I get older and I faced medical difficulties I do trust the people at this Clinic. They also have a very good Pharmacy and a place to get your eyes looked at with a good optometrist. This is another place that they make you feel at home because of the kindness of the staff.
Wahluke Clinic is a great place for clinical services. I love that I could walk in and see a provider right away instead of having to wait a whole week for an appointment. Having the pharmacy in the same building is so convenient because I don't have to wait so long for my prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacy staff is so friendly. They care about making sure that I know all about my medications so that I don't have any questions when I go home. Jose the assistant in the pharmacy is such a sweet heart. He is always smiling and is so happy all the time that he makes me smile. The pharmacist Isaac is so helpful too. He is always very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions I have. If you ever have any questions on medications, call them. They're experts!
Everyone at the front desk was really nice but everyone else was really rude and revealed my patient history in front of everyone and where obsessed with getting blood samples or they wouldn’t even see me for what i was there for they where basing there information from when i was a child and reveling it yo everyone in the waiting room because they didnt even put me in a private room to talk to me or the doctor that was supposed to see me acknowledge me. Horrible place to go to i would never recommend this place to anyone and if i could leave zero stars i would . Thank you doctor Tiffany Rochelle Carter.
Second time going to this clinic and always been seen right away, my son has asthma and when he gets a viral infection he’s always seen right away. The nurses are really welcoming and the dr always very attentive with what I have to say and schedules test to be done on my son just to be sure is nothing more serious. Overall this clinic takes their patient’s serious I stopped going to kadlec and stayed here in mattawa. I’m very grateful for the staff.
We have to wear masks, seriously? Masks don’t help. People, do your own due-diligence. Mask Mandates we’re dropped the 1st of March, 2022. Also, the vaccine mandate push here is strong, the kickbacks and incentives must be good to be taking advantage on people.
