Always great and friendly service at Wallowa Valley Eye Care. They go above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and to make sure my glasses are comfortable and my prescription is just right. When I first got my progressive lenses they redid and tweaked my lenses so many times I thought they might fire me! 😂 They were always eager to help and made sure I was happy with them. Highly recommended!
A+! Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Bailey makes you feel like you're best friends and is very thorough and patient in explaining what is going on in your eyes. If necessary, he recommends what steps you should take to fix an issue and why you should do it. Everyone there is courteous and professional! 👍
From the moment I walked through their doors and entered this establishment, I had the sense that they were going to be taking excellent care of me. The staff was very friendly and professional as well as helpful far beyond my expectations. I was not needing just a routine eye exam and was hoping to find and expert doctor who was knowledgeable in the areas I specifically needed. The testing and equipment are state of the art, and the technical support is highly trained in using them. What I received at Wallowa Valley Eye Care exceeds the quality of care I have received anywhere else during the course of my life. I have no hesitations in recommending them.
I always receive expert, professional, and gracious care by Dr. Bailey and his well trained clinic staff. He thoroughly explains and answers all questions asked. He and his amazing staff go above and beyond. We are so fortunate to have this level of eye care available in our county.
