Extremely rude staff. I called with a billing question. A woman who spoke broken English told me that she had no time to deal with people over the phone because she had two customers waiting at the store.

The staff was soo helpful all of them..Diana(I hope I spelled it right) is the best. A lifesaver. I love my glasses..The eye doctor was just as wonderful..I loved my experience here..I'll definitely be back if they are there
The staff was polite, but unhelpful. Stated she's still in school and though she is the closer she is unable to place an order, without another representative? The representative who can place an order, isn't in and she leaves everyday early. Why schedule a representative to work until 8pm if they are unable to assist? This is a huge inconvenience and a big deception to customers. It isn't the representative fault but management. The hours of operation should reflect the service that is able to be provided. Felt such joy knowing I could come and they are opened until 8pm when I dont get off until about 6pm, just to see the joke is on me. #Sincerely an unsatisfied single parent
The associate in the vision center was very rude and walked passed me to help another customer when I was there first and had been waiting for a few minutes for assistance. When she finally acknowledge me, I asked for an appointment and she said it's gonna be awhile because she has several people ahead of me. There was only one other person in there besides the one she skipped me for. So I'm going to another Wal-Mart. And that's not my first rude experience with them.
The staff was extremely helpful, verything went very smoothly. Optician Dayana Fernandez was immensely patient and took the time to explain all options available to me.
